Because many of our products are made-to-order and tailored specifically for customers, production and delivery timelines may vary depending on the type of garment, customization requirements, and shipping destination.

Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully reviewed and prepared after payment confirmation. Since many of our clergy garments are handcrafted and tailored according to customer specifications, processing times may differ depending on the complexity of the order.

Estimated preparation times are as follows:

  • Standard clergy garments generally require approximately 3 business days for preparation.
  • Embroidered garments may require an additional 5 business days depending on design complexity and detailing.
  • Coats and highly customized garments may require approximately 8 business days for production and finishing.

Processing times are estimates only and may vary during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to material availability.

Orders are processed Monday through Sunday. Customers will receive shipping confirmation once the order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $80 USD where applicable.

Free shipping promotions may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without prior notice.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any:

Shipping Address Accuracy

Clergy Craft is not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries
  • Lost packages due to inaccurate customer information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.

If damage occurred during shipping, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and may provide:

Clergy Craft is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or held by customs authorities or courier companies after shipment has been transferred to the carrier.


Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts

may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable in such cases.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Because we begin production quickly for made-to-order garments, cancellation requests submitted after this period may no longer be accepted.
